We are now seeking a Charity Relationship Manager to join our team on a part-time (3 days per week), basis for a secondment opportunity. You will be based in the Northwest, ideally Merseyside or Cheshire.

The Role
As our Charity Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of relationships with charitable partners and collaborating charities, advocating for small and local organisations across Merseyside, Cheshire, Halton and Warrington.
This secondment opportunity allows you to be the face of the Foundation in your area, fostering trust and supporting charities to become stronger and more resilient.
Working closely with charity partners, you will identify their most pressing organisational challenges and support them to access tailored support to help them thrive.
By building trusted relationships with charities, CICs and partnerships, you will facilitate the development of staff and trustees, ensuring the most appropriate forms of support are provided to address their needs.
Additionally, you will:
- Share learning, intelligence, and insights to inform our strategy and relationship with Lloyds Banking Group
- Act as a key advocate for the voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector
About You
To be considered as our Charity Relationship Manager, you will need:
- Relevant professional and/or lived experience of complex social issues
- Experience working with or in the voluntary, community or social enterprise sector
- Great communication and relationship building skills
