Job Description
The Anna Freud Centre is a world-leading mental health charity for children, young people and their families. Our mission is to close the gap in wellbeing and mental health by advancing, translating, delivering, and sharing the best science and practice with everyone who impacts the lives of children, young people and their families.
We value diversity and aim to have diverse workforce that reflects the community and our service users, in line with our vision, values and inclusion commitments. We encourage applications from all sections of the community.
The Training and Conference Officers will sit within the Education and Training Division at the Centre, which provides a wide range of learning opportunities for people in the sphere of mental health, from short courses, events, diplomas and post-graduate courses. The post-holders will join a friendly and supportive Training, Conferences and Events team, and will also work closely with colleagues from across the Clinical Division and the Centre more broadly by working on a programme/s of activity, helping to administer and coordinate our trainings and events.
The ideal candidates should have previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment where they have supported the administration or organisation of events or trainings and understand the logistics involved to deliver these successfully. They will have strong organisational skills and good communication skills for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
