STARS Dorset is a growing and dynamic, independent charity providing specialist support to those who have been affected by sexual violence and domestic abuse. We have gained a great reputation locally and with commissioners, funders and partners for delivering positive outcomes for the people we support. We are now seeking to appoint a part-time Clinical Lead.
This is an exciting time to join our talented and friendly team, as we continue to develop our therapeutic services to meet different and diverse needs. As an integral part of our team, you will be committed to making a difference for those affected by sexual violence and domestic abuse.
About You:
We are looking for a dedicated leader with clinical experience, drive and passion, who can organise and prioritise their workload whilst empowering the team to facilitate change. You will be a team player and possess excellent communication skills to inspire and drive forward creative and innovative ways of working.
You will bring expertise and offer inspiring leadership, putting clients at the heart of all you do. As our Clinical Lead you will be responsible for the clinical safety of our services, working alongside our senior clinical staff to ensure robust policies & processes are in place.
